Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy I always strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. In order to maintain this high standard, I have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation Policy Details: 1. Notice Requirement: I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 2. Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% will be charged to your account. 3. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide any prior notice, 100% of the service will be charged to your account. 4. Payment of Fees: Any cancellation or no-show fees will be collected at your next appointment or charged to the payment method on file. 5. Exceptions: I understand that emergencies can happen. If you have a valid reason for a late cancellation or no-show, please contact me asap to discuss the situation. Thank you for your understanding and support!
